Chartered Professional Accountant – We are looking for a highly motivated, senior accountant with strong leadership skills and outstanding client service to join a full-service accounting firm located in Toronto. A candidate must have a CPA designation and minimum four years of public accounting, preferably in tax. This position will have a quick path to partnership and career development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Plan and execute accounting and tax engagements.
• Review and monitor junior staff working papers.
• Provide consultation and solutions to clients.
• Draft memos and summary reports.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in public accounting.
• Mandatory Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of the Canadian Income Tax Act and ASPE regulations.
• Excellent client service skills and ability to maintain strong client relationships.
• Detail-oriented, with great leadership skills.
